Our specialities are unique and hard to find field grown hostas. We sell divisions that are both mature and healthy. We also grow and sell many unique and hard to find perennials and companion plants.

Pantry

We preserve several kinds of pickles, beets, beans, and jams based on recipes passed down through generations in our families. I still crack open the preserve cookbook my grandmother used with her handwritten notes.

Hello! We’re Joe and Todd

Lazy Toad Farm grew out of a shared passion of nature, gardening, and carrying on family traditions. What started as an annual plant garage sale to make space for new plants has turned into the intentional growing of over 1000 varieties of hosta in addition to many other perennials, cut flowers, veggies, and succulents.
